Vendor and Plan Benchmarking
Atlanta Capital Group believes that the selection of a quality retirement plan service provider is one of the most important decisions a plan sponsor makes. We will assist with the burden of searching for a new provider by managing the process from the initial proposal requests through final analysis/recommendation and implementation. Being an independent Registered Investment Advisor, we can be totally unbiased with regard to research and selection of the most qualified provider.
Total Fee Analysis
Atlanta Capital Group firmly believes that all plan sponsors should have a clear understanding of exactly who is being paid, what services are being offered, the associated fees, and whether these fees are reasonable. Conducting routine fee analysis allows us continuously to monitor all fees and revenue arrangements. ACG operates with full fee disclosure and insists all of its vendors and partners do the same.
Education and Participant Communication Services
Without proper participant education and communication, no plan can be successful. By increasing plan awareness, participation rates, and salary deferral rates, we help ensure that all participants reach their specific retirement goals. We monitor education campaigns to confirm effectiveness for both plan sponsor and participants.
